🎧 2025 Week 52 Audio Journal
No practice has inspired me to try more things, be more attentive, and practice listening more than keeping notes on my day.
Welcome to my audio journal—a daily space where I reflect on what I’ve been hearing and learning through podcasts, audiobooks, and music. I pay attention to the ideas, emotions, and voices that stick with me, capturing them in the moment before they fade. This is more than a habit—it’s how I move through the world as an audionaut.
Being an audionaut means treating listening as an active, meaningful practice. Journaling helps me slow down, track what’s shaping me, and stay curious. These aren’t reviews—they’re reflections, insights, and sometimes just little echoes I don’t want to lose.
If this kind of intentional listening speaks to you, you’ll probably enjoy my podcast, Two Steps with Stephen Henning, where I think out loud about the stuff that matters. And maybe this will invite you to become an audionaut too—to really listen to the sounds that move you, and respond with something honest.
